This is a tiny spot in a strip mall; very casual, nothing fancy. It was quiet and clean.
The iced tea was quite good; a masala tea that was very mildly spiced.
The appetizers that we tried were dry oddly bland vegetable samosa in a pastry whose flavor and texture was unappealing. The up side of it was the tamarind sauce was thick and tasty. The second appetizer, chickpea ceviche, was very nice. It had a good tamarind flavor and a lovely balance of sweet and tangy.
Entrees were chicken tikka masala and lamb curry. Both of these dishes were okay. The seasonings were definitely on the light side. They did vary the heat level as requested by each diner.
The rice pudding was lacking flavor. The mango sorbet was very good; the mango sauce over the top enhanced the mango flavor.
This restaurant was okay. I would visit it again if I were already in the area but I would not go out of my was to get to it again.
