restaurant reviews

Visited 19 June, 2016.

A pretty standard Mexican restaurant (tacos and tequila) in the Luxor. Oddly, we were asked for a heat level for our guacamole. We ordered hot. It did have heat but it was unevenly distributed through the dish. Other than the heat, it was pretty standard as were the chips that accompanied it.

Orders included shrimp tacos, carne asada tacos, and shredded chicken tacos (there were 7 of us). Each order consisted of 3 tacos with rice and beans (I asked for no beans). the food was neither bad nor good and fairly bland; you needed to add any heat yourself. I cannot recall if anyone tried any other dishes.

It would do in a pinch but nothing out of the ordinary here.
