This is a divish pub with an Irish lean. I found an interesting cider and J had some decent beers. The food was not good. We tried some appetizers, the Celtic egg and Judy’s hand battered rings. The egg was cold, the coating was not crispy, and the pub sauce served with it was just wrong (the A-1 added nothing either). The rings had an interesting idea, not just onion rings bur bell pepper rings, I liked the idea. They were greasy, the coating had a sandy texture and did not remain on the rings; thought the vegetables were cooked so that they still had a nice snap when bitten. After these starters, we gave up on the idea of any other food for the night.
Highly unlikely to return here.
